Please Welcome Our New Staff Members!
Nancy S. Garcia, Controller
I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a career that has taken me through governmental, corporate, and international financial environments. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving as Finance Officer at the Philippine Consulate General in New York, working as an Auditor with the Contra Costa County Office of the Auditor, contributing to financial operations at Levi Strauss & Co., and advancing into senior-level roles with Chevron Corporation. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for how strong financial stewardship supports an organization’s mission and the people it serves. As the new Controller, I look forward to using this background to help safeguard the clinic’s financial health, promote transparent and reliable reporting, and provide practical, data-driven insights that support high-quality patient care, day-to-day operations, and long-term stability. Outside of work, I am passionate about travel and have explored destinations across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Experiencing different cultures has broadened my perspective, reinforced my respect for diversity, and continues to shape the way I approach both my personal life and my professional responsibilities.
Emlyn Ngiratmab, Front Office Supervisor
I am the new Front Office Supervisor with a professional background as an Athletic Trainer Provider, bringing a unique blend of direct patient care experience, healthcare operations expertise, and team coordination skills. My clinical experience allows me to approach front-office leadership with a strong understanding of patient flow, staff support, and the overall care experience. I am committed to supporting my department team through strong communication, collaboration, and steady leadership while helping strengthen daily operations.
Emily Herndon, LVN
I am a Nurse, wife, and mother of 4, and a lifetime Lassen County local. I thrive in the chaos of family life and in healthcare, having worked in healthcare for almost 10 years. I am passionate about helping others and making positive changes to help better serve our patients and the community. Outside of work, you'll usually find me camping, sitting down with a good book, taking the RZR out on the mountain, taking care of all our farm animals, and spending time with my wild kids. I bring resilience, energy, and humor to everything I do.
